| Yamaha CS-40m Noise Noise was in the process of selling a yamaha cs-40m yesterday (haven't used it in about 3 months it was sitting in the box). when we turned down osc 1&2 in the mix section and turned the noise all the way up it sounded really terrible, at least on lowpass. we figured it might need to be fixed/replaced. we checked the speakers, ad/da and tried different cables but nothing helped. i don't remember it sounding so ruff anyone have experience with this synth? my cs-20m didn't sound that harsh if i recall correctly it was smoother ... ? the upper lows just sounded so rough any thoughs? |
