| How do I sync up a Monomachine with a Machinedrum from Elektron??? So I own both an Elektron Monomachine and Elektron Machinedrum. This might be a very newbie question but I have no idea how to connect them and sync them up so they play at the same tempo. I don't want one to sequence the other, I just want to match the tempos and doing such doesn't seem to be covered in the user manuals. How do I do that??? Thanks. |

| you need a midicable and connect the midiout of the master with the midi in of the slave, set the slave to receive midiclock and hit start on the master you should find the word midi clock in the index of the manual.

| And remember to set the slave machine to accept Transport messages also, so when you press play, stop or pause on the master machine, the slave machine will follow. All this is explained in the manuals, under global settings, so better read those.

| Thanks for the info. I'll have to look at the manuals again and find out more about global settings. |
