Thread Starter | New VST Filters Audio: Daft Filter, X464, Rogue : ) Hello Friends! I've been working for the last year with Giancarlo and the Nebula folk, painfully learning the sampling process. Over that time, I've quietly released some creations to the user group over there. I've really come to love the Nebula Community and the creators involved... very nice folks. Many of the other programs have had a focus on EQs and Saturation, with some great results. I've personally put a lot of time into creating some analog filter programs... real quietly testing the quality and results. The response has been really positive. Within a couple of days, I'm about to bundle some of these creations together for the first time for a free version of Nebula. There will also be a NEW Filter, created for the occasion. DAFT FILTER! These "Free" programs and player will be distributed exclusively with Driven Machine Drums. This arrangement is very generous of Giancarlo and Nebula team... our hope is new people will experience the quality available within the engine and possibly upgrade to the full Nebula Plug-In. That way they can take advantage of all the great 1st and 3rd party libraries available and coming... My motivation is to solely provide some cool FX for these drums : ) In addition to the filters, there will also be some Spring Reverbs, Plate Reverbs, and a Flanger. In FULL DISCLOSURE: What it can't currently do: ASDR LFO Sync AU and RTAS Support on Mac is hairy... coming soon (but the programs will work when that occurs) Self Oscillation... (they are more of a processing tool than a synthesis tool) BUT, it does automate perfectly... I'll have video soon of my midi controller sweeping... and timeline automation. I think they sound very convincing... Listen for yourself: "DAFT FILTER" LPF and X464 HPF Audio X464 BPF and Rogue LPF Audio All drums from DMD, Spring Reverb from the FX cheers- Nathaniel |
