analog synth in a box (realthing analog synth)

analog synth in a box (realthing analog synth) sombody heart about this?have it it maybe @ home ?
the concept is great!! an analog synth in a box controlled with a vsti...

It's cool, but I don't see what's new. People have been doing this with MIDI for years. And there are a few VSTi editors for various analog synths.

yep thats right !but to me it is a cool idea having a box with analog components that could be used with a vsti..there is also a tube avaible for the box...there is a kvr tread filled with older post and not really much infos...is there somebody out there that has expirience with this box?

yes it was released and their is one store that still has one but very expensive...no the idea is cool the sounds also great...what would be even better is if you had a synthmaker/edit support...if you could build your owen synth with synthedit/maker based on the analog osc & filter...i mean the new analogs works the same analog osc + analog filter the rest makes a dsp env,lfos.....

I heard that the Waldorf unit was terribly buggy. I seem to recall passing on one on eBay a few years back (prior to rebirth of the Phoenix).

AFB16 Analog Filter Bank - WALDORF - Just Music

the idea is great!!!but maybe a 8 filter version with largo support..

Back in 2006 Creamware had the Klangboxes, which had software editors, but were VA synths. (Really high quality emulations of Odyssey, Minimoog, and Prophet 5)
