D8B Fader Fix Video

I have created a video that shows an easy way to get the faders working on the D8B mix board. Most often they need to be replaced and I can do that too. check knr net.

Ah, the Mackie D8B - now that's a great synthesizer! Thanks for the post, man.

I made a video. If you have a D8B and the faders are sticking, it shows how to access the banks and what to do if they need to be replaced.

Yes I came from the old school about 40 years of Detroit Motown Sounds and I still like ananlog. I do R&R on an Otari 24 track and the sound of sturated tape is the boss. But I Need to interface with the basement studios that need their junk fixed in the mix. Check out my web at knr dot net.

Great, you made a video, but do you have a link to it? BTW you might want to move this to a different forum since this one tends to be mostly about synths and similar stuff.

Yes KNR dot NET. I can send a dvd to you for free as well. Call me at the office. 2485578276 The D8B has a great MIDI mix section in it as well as digital audio. This would come under similar stuff I would think.

Truly impressive.

I have a question about your services, which are advertised as including everything from wedding photography to business cards to backline rentals to digital mixer repair and advertising jingles:

Are you actually trying to get a bunch of teenagers to prank-call you at four in the morning?
