Thread Starter | ungodly white noise crash I keep getting white noise crashes/error after about 30 min into a session, at which point i've got to reload my ableton. Does anybody know what is causing this? It just started happening yesterday..thanks |

| Lives for gear  | This information is awfully scant. Which version of Ableton are you running? Have you updated it to the latest? Did you run any updates of your OS (which one, and which version?) Perhaps your hardware has updated its own drivers? (what hardware, which version?) Have you tried reinstalling Live? |

| Maybe it's your audio interface. I had a similar problem with the piece of shit Mbox I was using a few years back. The worst part was when I'd put on a Steve Roach album as I was winding down for bed. Candles lit, relaxing........I'd start drifting off after a little smoke and then.....SHSHSHHSHHSSHHHHHHHSHSHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! @ 180dB |

| Is your audio interface on external clock rather than internal? Sounds like a clocking issue.
