| Lives for gear | Yamaha 01X how to use it?
Question on how to use it! Is the 01X supposed to change its self to 48hrz when I open up Nuendo? Its not auto changing. Perhaps I don't understand the idea. Im on page 92 reading but nothing swaps the HRZ auto! mLAN AUTO W.CLK (mLAN Auto Wordclock) Do I need a SPDIF cable into my PC for this to work? Nuendo shows my clock as FIREWIRE. All I want is to have it auto switch like my M-audio project mix did.

Hmm it sounds like whatever you have set as the master is what the 01x is clinging onto to change to whatever rate it is.....am i understanding right that you want it to change to 48khz? id suggest opening up the graphic patch bay, from the mlan system tray icon and looking to see what is set as the master.....you should also be able to change the sample rates from there also, reroute your audio and all.....if you are using the auto connector it should also give you the option of setting the master and sample rates there too....if you set it to auto wordclock it should auto change to whatever rate the master is..... |
