VIRUS-c has midi virus

I don't know what it is but when i hold down a key on a keyboard and then release it this is the effect i get
when i plug out my midi cable it stops directly

hi,

i can't see your video at work, but have you tried the master reset?

if you look in the manual there are instructions for how to reset the virus OS without losing your patches... might be worth a try!
