Hey Folks ![]() Can any of you Fine Feathered Philanthropic Bitheads point me in the direction of a piece of software which will,when given an alternate frequency other than A-440Hz as concert pitch,give a readout of the new "adjusted" frequencies of all the other MIDI note numbers... preferably for macosx...or otherwise for PC Cheers! |

Make your own: f = f0 * 2^((n - 57) / 12) where n is the MIDI note number (57 = middle A), ^ denotes the power operation, f0 is the frequency of middle A (e.g., 440 Hz), and f is the frequency of the note you want. Of course, this only works for equal temperaments. |
