Thread Starter | Motu 8pre or M-Audio profire 2626?
Both have got similar features i want. Rack mount Enough I/O's for 4 synths Expandable. Anyone had experience with these 2? |

The M-Audio would give you more future options.

I used to work at a dealer of both of these companies and I'll say MOTU hands down. Better drivers, converters and build quality.

hear the gear shoot outs. the 2626 AD sounds great. if you want good drivers, use the 2626 in stand alone mode, adat box. and get a decent pci/pcie card Lynx AES16+Ls-adat or RME hdsp9632 / AIO / RayDAT |
