I remember watching this when it was on telly. We're are lucky in the UK - the BBC comes up with a few gems.

There's a hires version of this around - about 700 MB. I had it (can't find it now), but a friend made me a broadcast quality DVD from it - looks and sounds great.

Another good one to look for is this:

What The Future Sounded Like

I have a DVD of this one, too - maybe it's on YT?

Also, not video, but I just noticed the "The Tone Generation" podcast has been expanded with 3 more episodes:
