Got love Mackie. on 06/11/2008 i paid and ordered a Mackie pro control cubase template. I have been chasing it for weeks and told it was being sorted by various people and emails. Now i have just received an email to say :- "Unfortunately our company is not able to process international orders. I understand this is very frustrating but it is a situation our of our hands" Mackie cant do international orders like what the "@"@"@ ???????? All I can say is fuuck Shocking customer service,really shocking!!
