Juno 106 MKS-7 question

Ok, so every fourth key of the chord section of my Roland MKS-7 doesn't play/plays a click sound. Is this a dead voice chip, if so, how much will this cost to replace, and where can I get this done?

Ok, I have a lot of problems with my Juno:

the main one is that it holds down certain notes.
Also, the bender is really out of tune, and seems to transpose the whole keyboard after using it for the first time after each power up.
There's also a lot of midi issues, but these I can work around

any suggestions/tips would be greatly appreciated
thanks fellas
