Help!! Cubase 4.1-VST's

Help badly needed!!

I'm using Cubase 4.1 with and everytime I open a VST instrument and hit a key on the keyboard to play it, the master volume for that instrument suddenly jumps to the Right, like 40R in Battery for example. I set it back to (c) the middle, and the same happens again. It happens with all my VST's. I think the Velocity is affecting the panning position. I'm pulling my hair out trying to work this out??????

I'm also using an Open Labs Miko LX, but I don't think it's that.

I'm using Cubase 4.03 on an open Labs 1st gen Miko. I haven't had that problem however. Is it possibly a 4.1 update bug ? You should probably ask around in the Cubase.net ::: Index forums. Good luck. Other than that wrinkle, how are you getting into your Miko LX ?

Yeah, that's what I'm starting to think, ever since I updated to 4.1, nothing but problems. I should've just stayed with 4.03. If it aint broke don't fix it! I can't get the 4.03 update anymore though. Don't suppose you still have it????

Apart from that, I'm lovin' the Miko. It's been great to just have one piece I can do everything with, and move around.
