Anyone with an Ableton and Logic setup?

I've been messing around with Logic and it's software synths for a little bit but would like to start messing around with Ableton as well since it seems like a good tool for getting ideas down.

Does anyone else use Ableton together with Logic and how do they use them to approach their songs?

Yeah, I use both regularly.

I personally write my basic bits in Ableton, then bounce and finish the details and mix in logic. I love live's workflow and arranging abilities, but I like mixing and detailed automating in logic better. I've tried rewiring them, and they work well together. I just dont' like having 2 programs open at the same time, and find that I write more quickly in live. I couldn't recommend them more. thumbsup
