moog little phatty (LOTTA PITCHY)

why is every single patch i call up on this machine out of tune...ive tried the auto tune function and stiill it never sound in tune...is this customary with this type of synth....

Mine isn't pitchy at all. If it is still out of tune after running the auto calibration, I would contact Moog.

It's a true analogue synth, so if you've turned it on cold, it will take about 10-15
minutes to warm up. It may waver slightly if the temperature varies a lot.

The LP has a calibration feature. I found running the calibrate after I've left it off
for a while (ie a day or so) helps to keep it in tune.

I have noticed sometimes a transpose when in Logic, but it seems to be a note on/off
reset thing and I think I fixed it with a Logic setting.

yeah it does need to warm up, but my moog phatty only takes a few minutes...
less than 5 here.

You can also individually tune each key. I think you can tune C0 and C6 separately, and have the Moog then interpolate between them for the rest of the notes.

I sold my phatty, but I had a squealing note which I needed to manually retune. C2 was jacked.

Email Moog, they immediately told me what to do.
