Indeed, in the last 2 years increasingly producing house stuff. But: house = house?
What kind of sub-sub-side-genre do you prefer for your own stuff/listening? (I almost exclusively produce deep house / detroit techno...)

I live in NYC which has one of the most thriving House scenes IMHO. The sound here is deep and moving. I love it.... but I never really got down with producing it. You may be able to see a hint of it in my productions but I never really settle on one genre while producing.

NYC, the foundation of so much of today's musics including house. Househeads PM me we'll network.

Good weekend of house music ahead here in NYC; nowhere else on the continent with this selection IMO.

To alchey: i played the first house record on Canadian radio during the summer of '85.

I have a house project that is signed to ministry of sound, and i do some really techie stuff for my own label, Title Fight (Title Fight). I also engineered and produced a lot of the tracks on the new Felix Da House Cat album, due out in the next few months.

House has been my bread and butter for the past couple of years.

Not producing it yet but I am loving the old house. Trying to do stuff along the likes of digitalism with afrobeat influences here.

I grew up around the Detroit and Chicago scenes so house music is in my blood. I have been slowly moving my production style to incorporate some techy house styles as well. I think more of my productions in the future are going more house oriented, or have been, I get tired of techno a little, it seems that the house genres are more open these days for new material.

Hi...my first post.

Was not much into house uptill now, but just put up a cheesy 90's style dance remix (called Flex) on my page. Would like to improve on things overall. I am definately feeling the house vibe though, so looking forward to do more.

Cheers.

+1 for NYC Deep-House here, my producer name is Rufuss, you can hear my work on different labels such as Qalomota Rec, Tet Kale, and Kif rec...

I also do mixing for other House producers.

House is a great land of freedom...
