Question Battery NI - PLEASE HELP A BEGINNER!!

Now I feel like a complete twat asking this question on such a site but its doing my head in man! Im new to it all and well I dont have anyone I can ask PLEASE HELP!!

Is the only way to trigger a cell by assigning it to a key or drum pad?

What Im trying to say is, is there a way to trigger say a row in a drum sequencer kind of way?

You just have to write down the beats in your piano roll editor in your sequencer programm.

If you want to play multiple samples at one time, draw them with the pencil tool so that they're laying down in one row vertically.

Can't say it clearer.

Otherwise... RTFM

Ah yeah.. NATIVE INSTRUMENTS : Home check the forum dude

Sounds like you may not have had your midi setup correctly... Otherwise, once you load a kit up with Battery, you can trigger the samples with your controller... If you dont have a controller, just open up your editor on that channel and draw them in accordingly... Is very easy, and I also recommend reading the manual, or checking the NI forum as suggested above...
