Best Minimoog/Voyager Softsynth?

What is the best Minimoog softsynth out there at the moment? I've used a few and never really been that impressed (can't even remember which ones I tried they were so underwhelming).

However, i want to use it for live use on my laptop with a small/cheap control surface. While I don't mind taking my Moog to some shows, other shows where it might get a little more crazy seems to be a poor idea. Keep in mind however, that I have a SLOW laptop (iBook G4 800mhz, 640mb), but that's the only thing i'll be running on there. I suppose I COULD always take my Mac Mini intel instead.

Minimonsta, but if you are good at programming, any 3 osc. subtractive soft synth will work just fine. Or sample some osc. of an analog and build patches in any softsampler. I've done this in Kontakt and it sounds awesome.
