Thread Starter | anyone recorded with the K zildjian "session" crashes? (aka steve gadd signitures)
if you have what experiences have you had with them? how well do they work in a studio setting, for general use (all styles) or does anyone know of any recordings that have those crashes on them? |

Dry, but I found them surprisingly versatile.

I have the 16" and love it. Perfect sound for me (acoustic pop/rock/jazz) and records well, imo.

cool. i have 5 a customs crashes.... and while they do the job really looking for some more k character, but "poppy k" something that blends with the a customs, not sound like a different planet. thought they would be a smart choice? have had lot of experience with K crashes in past but not in recording scenario |

| FWIW, my other main crash is an 18" A Custom Fast Crash, and I think the two sound great together.
