70s ludwig bearing edges

I picked up a 1971 kit
The bass drum bearing edge is different from the toms .
Are all edges similar in a original kit , or dose the the kick drum have a different cut ?
Any help would be great
thanks
Gary

Most Kits have equal bearing edges. Alot of older kits had either 45 degree cuts or round overs... Some custom companies like Pork Pie have 45 degree on toms and snares and he cuts a 60 degree on the kick drum... what does yours have?

Also, is this a 3 ply or 6 ply kit? I can check both on mine, but curious as to what you've got.

only 3 years later , heres some pics before I redo the edges on my kick drum .
most of the edge angles seem fine except where the outer wrap meets .
Any of you guys have this sharp of a detail on the kick drum ?
My toms have very big round over cuts .
Although I believe this to be the original factory cut , I think the wrap is newer.
And , this wrap comes right to the edge of the drum !?
