Thread Starter | Anyone heard a Ludwig Legacy Classic snare?
I need a wood shell snare and have been looking around at old Jazz Festivals etc. Just wondering how the new ones compare. thumbsup

I played one last time I was in L.A. at the Hollywood Pro drumshop, they are every bit (some would argue better) as good as the old 3 ply shells from the 60s/early 70s. The difference would be the jazzfest of yesteryear had 8 lugs while the new legacy classic has 10. |
