Thread Starter | Remo Suede Ambassador heads
I just put these on my toms and they are phenomenal. These are the white suede, not the black suede heads they just release although they are probably identical except for the color. 90% of the sustain of clear heads with the rounder warmer tone of a coated head. Has anyone recorded a kit with these? I'm looking forward to hearing them under the microphone. |

I think they record great. The tuning is easier and the tone more centered than the coated ambassadors that I used for ever. It translates. And they last much longer. Do you think they just renamed the origanal Emperor's before they became two ply?
