Demand for drum tracks?

Just curious if there is much demand for drum tracks out there, meaning are there people out there that can record vocals and guitars but have someone record drums and send them the files to mix in their DAW? Just curious. I know there are some pros out there that record drums for people all the time (Shawn Pelton from Saturday Night Live). Now I'm no pro and definately not as good as Shawn, but I'm a decent player and can get a nice sound for some tracks. I'm curious if there would be any interest if a low cost service was offered? Thanks.

People do offer these drummer-for-hire services. Although you're competing with all the producers and engineers (like myself) who started as drummers and are all too happy to play on the tracks they are working on if they don't have someone else handy. I have no idear how much bidnes the drummer-for-hires do in practice.

There is a demand for session drummers, sure. Someone to come in and play on a record and do things like... talk with the artist(s) involved. Create along with them. Tell jokes over food.

I'm not sure how much demand there is for someone to take your tracks and email some drum tracks back to you. I'd be surprised if there were much of any.

I do already offer drums if I'm recording someone (usually someone I know) and I didn't figure there is much demand for and over the internet type of thing but I figured I'd ask. Thanks guys.
