Thread Starter | anyone try recording drums in an iso booth?
Got a line on a 6X8 iso booth. I live in a townhome and can only track drums during the daytime. I was wondering about this as a solution. Any insight? |

I've done it a couple times and can have a very cool, dry, tight sound. I'm a firm believer you can record in almost any space, it just takes more time and patience to find what the best placements are etc... Though you won't get a huge rock room size <obviously>

Cool, what size was it? I just got an unbelievable deal on a Wenger booth. It measure 6X8X9H OD. It's dissassembled at the moment. It weighs over 2,000 lbs all together, and I need to take it upstairs. Stocking up on "Wheaties". |
