Is he using doubble kick drums? It must have been unusual at that time?

Must have been in the double kick, I look cool like Ginger Baker era. Most all the kits at Wonderland were set up with single kick drums. Many times Steve would just go sit on them just to do a workout, it's good exersize.

yes I think it's double kicks. I'm guessing it's about 1969/70 ?

shame that the video/audio is a little out of sync, but it still great.
