I almost bought a teal green (yuk) set of late 80's Gretch, but bailed since the toms were power toms and not standard depths. Bummer.

That set you bought on ebay looks sweet.

I'd love to pick up an old Rogers kit some day as I really adore Rogers drums. It is pretty hard to find a 24" kick but if persuaded and the kit was nice I'd go with a 22".

I recently got an early 70's Niles era Slingerland Chrome-O-Wood kit in gun metal gray at a garage sale. $200!!! God bless the people who don't own computers, use Ebay, or know the value of what they own.

26" kick
20 & 18" floor toms
14 & 15" rack toms

Alas no matching snare....

It's a monster and you REALLY have to know how to tune it well to get it sounding good. Those 20" floor toms are like massive air cannons...they give tympani a run for their oney

Both my kits have 24" and I'm addicted. I really have a hard time entertaining the thought of even looking at buying a 22".

Whoomph whoomph is absolutely right. Damn I love them 24's.

20 & 18" floor toms
Well, which are they? Chrome over wood or gun metal gray? Reinforcing hoops or no?

I'll buy both the floor toms if they're chrome with reinforcing hoops and in decent shape. (The 18" and 20" are the only drums I don't have to complete the kit from 6" down...)

They are both...the chromed wrap is a gun metal grey color. They have reinforcing hoops.

Unfortunately I am not selling them. I really love this kit.

Thanks for the info on the color name. If I ever decide to sell it, I will let you know.

I'd like to get a 16" floor tom and a matching snare someday. I just bought a 22" Yamaha MCA that's also purple it's close enough for now. It was never used and I got it for $200 and my buddy who sold it to me even delivered it.
