DIY input switch selector, with printer switch

Hi everyone,
First of all ive been searching and found lots of threads talking about switchers, but i still need someone like ulysses, Matt Syson or any electronic geek.. to check my design and tell me if i could burn something or if its fine...

so.. i want to select from two sources to one output:
sources:
A motu 2408 mkii
B motu 7s midi mixer

Output:
Tannoy reveal 601a

for this I used a printer switch wich has two positions and lots of pins..

Basics:
from what i read, there are some rules or thats what i think,
- never leave open the input of the monitors, because it may pickup noise or crosstalk.
- mute by shorting the Tip with the Ring, to avoid noises, and do this with signals that are not in use.
- dont terminate or short the source output (motu 2408 / 7s), just terminate the monitors imput.

-------------------

well here is my schematic..
and a photo of the switch i used..

Thanks

I think that terminating inputs is done when switching between different outputs so I did everything again, I'll post the new schematic soon
