I am very happy that you have this new forum. However I think it's organized wrong. Each deal should have its own thread and discussion can just happen on the thread after the first post. Expecting all deals to be posts in a single thread makes it unwieldy and hard to scan for deals of interest.

Toughs?

We've discussed many ways to do it and the reason we've decided on this one is to make sure that no one deal can gain prominence over another. It prevents companies from perhaps surreptitiously keeping their offers "floated to the top." You will just have to check in frequently and stay up-to-date and/or subscribe to the thread. It's meant to move quickly.

At present it is a bit confusing since the user-generated areas seem to be almost entirely people hawking their own stuff rather than users as third parties recommending deals.
In danger of becoming FreeAds R Us.

But what a good idea in principal!

I was also confused initially. However, when going through the process of ordering a plug-in I noticed that it was only necessary to purchase at least one of the three items.

I just bought the DSM and Vertigo about an hour before typing this post.

Maybe I'm not getting the 25% off Lexicon deal. It shows one price on the page, then you go through to the coupon and it's 25% off the original MSRP of $1,499. That's about 1,124 out the door. I don't get it, that's the price you can get anywhere. This same bundle is $999 at B&H. No deal here.

Classic. Reminder to self- never post a good price (mistake or not) on the internet. It was $999 this morning and now it's $1,499. Should have grabbed it while I could. Never look a gift horse and all that...

I already have sufficient drum sounds (BFD and I am expecting the second version to arrive shortly).

I'm just ordering Cakewalk's rapture plug-in synthesizer from Sweetwater now for USD$20.

I was informed by an insider that SSD is having a big sale this coming Monday so I would wait until then before buying.

I didn't know Waves were having specials now???

Yeah he's been tweeting about having a 60% Off Cyber Monday sale, but there's already some great savings to be had by purchasing through a reseller.

Dear Mr. Romero,
I am emailing you now regarding the following software:
Sonnox Elite Bundle
AAS Strum Session
Slate Digital FG-X
IK Multimedia TRackS 3 Singles
Yellow Tools Candy

Incidentally, which three singles are included in the IK set? I presume they do not require the TRakS interface?

It seems my Lord doesn't want me to buy ANY plug-ins this weekend because I'm not having any luck getting through to the following three websites: Waves, Little Fish or Plugin Discounts.
Perhaps next year....

if anyone sees a discounted price on an apogee duet 2, let me/us know. I'm looking for online shops but as an european, I don't know that many stores. I saw the discount on amazon for 529$ a few days ago, but there was some complications with the shipping so it didn't happen.

WARNING FOR LITTLE FISH CUSTOMERS:
They say they have the lowest prices on plugins but it is not true.
Please check the store of the developer of the plugin, because there is a change you might get the plugin a lot cheaper there.

Little Fish offers VTM for $249 down from $399!?!? $249 is the normal price you pay at slatedigital.com (and currently you pay $199)
Same goes for McDSP emerald pack Native. Down from 1695 to 1495 (again the same price you pay at McDSP).
Haven't checked other plugins (as I am never going to buy something there now )

Please check!

hello,

does anyone know what is the process once you've made the google payment for Tony's plugindiscounts?

i'm asking because this is my first time order with plugindiscounts.com, i've received the confirmation (of my payment to high profile audio) from google wallet but i still haven't received anything from plugindiscounts.

i've emailed Tony, but they must be busy processing a huge amount of orders...

thanks!

edit: nevermind, i just got an email from Tony... they're "inundated with emails and orders".
