Iosono anymix pro outside Nuendo 6

Did anyone try successfully to use Iosono Anymix Pro that come with Nuendo 6 at another program, like Wavelab for example?

I get License error.

Hello Shauli,

Anymix Pro is a Nuendo only feature, like the Sonnox Plug-ins in WaveLab.

Best regards,
GN

How does it know it's Nuendo only.
You can't move the .dll?

Hello Omega Arts,

Yes, you can copy the anymixPro.vst3 file from the Nuendo VST3 folder to the VST3 folder in Cubase (for example) and it will actually appear on the list of available plug-ins but when you try to load it you will receive an eLicenser Control Center license error.
Even though you have a Nuendo 6 license.

This is a Nuendo only feature.

Best regards,
GN

True, as long as you have a WaveLab 7 or higher license for them to work.

Best regards,

Agreed - but the point is they will work outside the original host application.....
BTW, are they 64-bit? I ask as the Sonnox Restore bundle is still only 32-bit & bridged.

The Sonnox Plug-ins that come with WaveLab 8 are 64 bit.

Yes, those should also work as 64 bit.

undertone is online now
Kind of the inverse question: what about if I already have a licensed Anymix Pro on my system before I install Nuendo 6? Can both licenses live concurrently? How will N6 differentiate between the two?

#11 Hello undertone,

Yes, like with any other third party plug-in. On the other hand the licensing system for the retail version of Anymix is iLok. The retail version should not interfere when loading Anymix inside of Nuendo.

And if you run it outside of Nuendo it will search for a license on an iLok and not on an elicenser.

Best regards,
GN
