How do you move all the faders in a mix up at the same time?

I know its something easy like ALT and something, but I cannot figure it out.

In cubase 7 it is shift + alt.
Make sure all the faders are selected first.

without offense...try to read the manual...because if you ask for a so simple question....you gonna miss a lot of other cool things in cubase 7.
