Each part is on two tracks. Were all the FX and sounds stereo?? Example. Door opening: Trks 1 and 2, is it a stereo effect, moving from left to right? I better go home and listen to it -Derek Bristow

They are all stereo pairs? Did you record all the FX yourself in stereo -- no canned fx? The footsteps track seems to be a clue "starts ------>finishes"? Thanks Bruce, Josh Evans |

Hi Bruce (and thanks for your postings on this forum and all the great music!), Looks like everything was tracked in (or submixed/bounced to) stereo (except the time code :-). I'd speculate that was fairly rare during this era of recording, as tracks were relatively limited and precious. Cheers, Steve E. |

Hi Bruce (and thanks for your postings in this forum and all the great sounding music), All the tracks are recorded in (or submixed/bounced to) stereo (except the time code :-). I'd suspect that during this era of recording this was fairly uncommon due to how precious each track was (with only limited tracks available). Best, Steve E. |

That every recorded instrument is in stereo (two tracks)? Thats the only thing I can see that is the same between every track... Unless you want to go and say the <---> means tracks are overlapping in some way. I haven't seen many track sheets since I am a young one in the engineering for the love of music, so the idea of stereo tracks may be normal. ~ James Cook |

Hi Bruce, (i can“t believe that i get in touch with you one day) but let me try to find out: -On Tracks 13/14 and 17/18 there are no real "Wolf-Howls-Effx" !... because....these are MICHAEL-Howls. !? or -"After intro" ?? on Tr. 17/18 ...means....these are the only Audio-Tracks (of this Tape) playing til the end of "KILLER-THRILLER". ???? or -the empty Track 23 !! but this Track is obviously free to avoid recording "bleeps" from neighbor-Track 24 (time code). anything right ? all the best with BIIIIIGG Respect MASTER BRUCE Gordon Hoebusch |

Everything is stereo and panned hard left and right? (I guess that's probably TOO easy a guess...) |

Hey Bruce, It seems to me that recording everything in stereo is unusual! -- Douglas Ferling |

Hello Bruce!, This is my first posting on this site!. Knowing how you work, I would have to say that the key the element that ties all of these tracks together is that they are all recorded in Stereo, part of the Acusonic Recording Process, of keeping all recorded elements in a Stereo Form up until mixdown. This way the polar response of the source being captured is intact up until the very end. Hope that you're doing well. Carlos.

Possibly stating the obvious here - but they're all in stereo? Toby |

Are the tracks layed out in the order that the listener of the song hears them? Door opening - then Wind - then Thunder And so on?
