Mass Loaded Vinyl over window-how to prevent deterioration.
Mass loaded vinyl deteriorated rapidly in the presence of UV. Can I paint it white with latex to prevent it from deteriorating? Or should I put a sheet of Mylar between it and the window? I have 6" traps over the window but i still hear outside noise.

Is window exterior from the MLV? If so, try this
