need help understanding my room acoustic measuremeant

Im super new to room acoustics and wish i had been up on it along time ago. My problem i got the the studio builders hand book learned how to make my bass traps they are made out of roxul safe&sound a made 4 i have 2 3" sheets in each one now i need to deal with first reflections i think i kinda understand that but any help would be useful. also i need help reading and understanding my rew measurements. my room is h 7'2" l 15'"4 w 12'2" Thank You
