ROXUL Rockboard 40, could it be the best for first reflexion panels?

I am currently looking at the data sheet of this product, and to me the 4" version seems the have the best overall absorbtion characteristics on the overall spectrum for first reflexion panels.

Am I mistaken, or missing something?

I will give a call to my local supplier for the price...
