Floor trapping

I have a raised floor in one room with a choice of a 8cm air gap or 2cm air gap between real concrete floor and raised floor.
which would you recommend more for general sound trapping?
Layering will include some sort of rigid fibreglass material with a balanced co-efficient across the spectrum, and a 1.5cm plywood raised floor.
