Hi, I just purchased 8 bass traps made of 4' 703 Owens Corning insulation and I placed them in my room/studio. Is it safe to sleep in the same room with fiberglass in the room? I covered them with fabric before I put them up and even left the original fabric underneath (see pic). Also, I just built a DIY diffuser made out of multiple 1' by 3/4' MDF sticks of varying length sticking out from a peg board (see pic). Is it safe to sleep in the same room as that as well? Should I seal the sticks with something? I only ask because I'm a singer with a recent history of crappy health issues and I want to know the full info. I've googled away to find mostly opinions and not facts about both 703 and MDF. Any worthwhile info would be much appreciated. Thanks. |
