Looking for Contractor in Orlando tpo build studio

I am buying a new house and want to build a recording studio sound proof room above the garage. Does any one know a good contractor in Orlando Florida. What should something like this cost for say 1000 sqft. Part of this will be a guest bedroom for clients. I would like to build a stuiod room and a vocal booth and then the guest bedroom.

I don't know of anyone off the top of my head, but i live in Orlando and I'll ask around. Also, i may pester you to check out your place when it's done...

Actually, what kind of place is this, i.e. what level of build-out? If it's not going to be a really high-end, high-dollar-client place, i may even be able to lend a hand...
