Acoustic Question for control room ceiling!

I have an 8 foot ceiling in the control room. My room size is roughly 12' 7'' wide
and 15' 9'' long. The side walls are angled some and have the base traps in corners. Lots of bookshelfs for diffusion... Carpet on the floor. The question is what should I do to the ceiling. I put up a piece of (wire hanging) pegboard with 1 inch of 703
wrapped in fabric up from the back wall behind mixing console to above me where I sit (mixing position) 4' wide by 6' long (6 feet from back wall to me at mix position) angled also. It sounds a little too dead. Is that too much treatment?
What do you guys think?

Does anyone think Adam S3as are too big for this room?
Thanks for your advise

Having a cloud over the mix position sounds like the right idea and no the S3As aren't too big, infact my room is a tad bit smaller and they work great.

Thanks for your response. Im thinking of going between me and the speakers
with the 703 5' wide by 3' long. Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!
