Making 1' square rockwool panels

Is it best to just wrap fabric around the rock wool and staple to a plywood back or is there a better way to make these?

Thanks for the reply and I watched the video but if the panels are mounted to the wall, why are frames necessary?

The guy that's treating my room is recommending 24 - 1'x1' panels so building 24 little frames doesn't make much sense. I'm wondering now if I should have just gotten 1'x1' squares of auralex.
