Acoustisorb 2 insulation for bass trap. is it ok to use 2X100mm for each panel?

I am making some bass traps with acoustisorb 2 100mm but i have decided to look at making them with 2 pieces of acoustisorb 2 100mm

The traps will be 600mmX2400mm , Will using double the acoustisorb 2 help? (i have excess material to use)

I knew that thicker absorbs better at lower but i was concerned it could be too thick (i read somewhere that too thick is not good). But it seems no one has those concerns so all good...thanks.
