Thread Starter | GIK Monster Bass Trap
Why would GIK Acoustics that already has the most effective bass trap on the market today make one better? Because we CAN! GIK is proud to present the newest panel to their already highly regarded panel line - the GIK Monster Bass Trap. The GIK Monster is the most effective panel to ever hit the market. Raising the bar to how effective bass traps can be. Professionally made to give a clean and outstanding look. With the GIK Monster panel bass kicks, becoming clear and easy to mix. No more guessing on bass levels during mix down. Cleaning up those nasty nulls and spikes that are present in all rooms. With new certified lab tests the GIK Monster has a rating of 3.00 absorption coefficient at 80 hz. There is no other product that comes close to these numbers. All products are tested at Riverbank Acoustical Laboratories and we are able to provide PDF's of certified tests upon request. GIK Acoustics is committed to making sure all of our products have certified testing. Would you buy a monitor without a data sheet? We think acoustics should be the same. For a limited time we offer an introductory price of $109.00 plus shipping per panel. Take the opportunity before the GIK Monster will be listed on the GIK web site for $129.00 .. Please contact us through email atglenn.k@gikacoustics.com or call us at 770 573 2920 Panel specs Weight: 29.2 pounds Dimensions: 2'x4' 7.5 inches thick

I just received two of Glenn's Monster traps a couple days ago and am getting ready to install them in my room which already has two Real Traps MondoTraps. I also just received some of the Ready Traps bags which I plan to use to cover some extra 703 and mineral wool. It will be very interesting to see how they all compare. I think I might have to download the test tones from the Real Traps site and make some plots with the different panels in place. Anyway...the Monster traps look very well constructed. I got black. ![]() Brad |

You may want to check out the ETF Software online... They have a free download and makes shooting the room a snap! Keep me updated on how things work out for you... Looking to someday meeting you out in CA! Glenn | |
