Need a studio architect/designer. Help!

I want to build a one man studio from the ground up in Nicaragua. I just have the empty lot, no walls, nothing. I am starting from zero.

I need help selecting a studio designer/architect to design me the layout or blueprint.

I know these layouts get pretty pricey, but I don't mind. I want something well designed.

I will be the musician and sound engineer, this is a one man studio/one man operated. Basically I'd like something like a live room or tracking room that I can use to record individual instruments (electric guitar, drums, vocals, acoustic guitars) and also once in a for while band rehearsal(drums, bass, guitar, keys, vox). I'd like to have a small PA there for vox and keys. I don't think a control room is necessary, or is it? I need to have easy access to my DAW.

I also need the designer to help me with bass traps, panels and all of that.

please recommend me a designer for my project

For a one room studio my option would be to go for a control room
with variable acoustics so you can use it a tracking room as well
