Where would you build a studio in the US?

This would be a latino music oriented studio, dedicated to recording Banda Music. There is a great opprotunity to get in on the ground floor (or second floor) there as Nuevo Orleans will become a Mexican town, just like Los Angeles. The 3 largest radio stations in LA are Spanish, if that tells you anything.

Jim I dont know if you were serious, but this is exactly what I was thinking as I read this thread. New Orleans is gonna become a Mexican town I think. Most of the hired labor is Mexican it seems. (as far as I could see on my trip back, I'm going back again next week I'll let u all know if it has changed) I can easily see some of the people working there deciding to stay which would totally change the racial makeup of the city.
