Rockboard 60/OC703 in SoCal?

You'd think of all places, it'd be easy to find this stuff in SoCal, but I'm having a real bitch of a time trying to source it. So far I've only found one guy who can get me a Johns Manville equivalent of the OC703, but they want $100/pack of 9 panels, 2" thickness, minimum of 4 packs, which seems more expensive than other people have paid.

Has anyone in the Ventura/Camarillo/Thousand Oaks/even LA area had any luck finding Roxul Rockboard 60 or OC703 at solid prices? I'd like to not pay more than $10/panel for 2" thickness.

Try Viking Insulation in Burbank. Seems the price of 2x4x1" is about $5 a sheet and they like to sell in 18 packs. I got them to sell me some individual sheets from an open pack. I think they are way used to people making traps for studio's and wanting much less than a contractor might use.

for the john mansfield stuff viking insulation (burbank) will sell it to you at the 9 sheets for around $90 or so. no requirement for 4 bundles of it.

for 703 you have to go the cwci in city of industry.

honestly when you factor in time and gas it is easier and cheaper to order online and have it shipped.

In large quantities Viking will deliver too, for a price.

They are a real pleasure to work with.
