4" or thicker broad band bass traps in as many corners as possible. Hit the back wall also with 6" traps. See the following for layout. GIK Acoustics: Room Setup

I thought Of building a back floor to wall corner trap. Eks: Corners 60 cm front 81Face Width (at a 45 degree Angel) and width 190 cm. 10 cm airgap and then rockwool cut so it has a 45 degree Angel. all closed air tight. Pers |

And as I have a 70- 80Hz problem this is the size i`m thinking of In Norway RockWool has special sound fiberglass that I will use cut in 45-degree angle to each side wall! My design thought: Corner Bass Traps (backwall trap) Assuming the panel is at a 45-degree angle to each side wall Face Width 48"= 121.92 cm Thickness 1/8"= 4 mm =80Hz Sides 23.62in Air gap from the front panel 3.93in before the rockwool. All air tight/Sealed! Looking something like this: Will this work or do I need other meassurments? | |

I would just use fabric for the face. No need for it to be air tight.

| Sure making them thicker is never a bad thing and YES it will be very effective at 70 to 80hz
