bass trap placement question

Should bass traps fill the whole corner top to bottom on my wall? or just the corner where the floor meets and where ceiling meets?

^^^ Ideally the entire corner from floor to ceiling. Don't overlook that rectangle rooms have 12 corners, not just 4. Corners where the walls meet the ceiling and floor are just as valid.
