Thread Starter | (removable) panel placement question
since i can't permanently treat my room i'm thinking of hanging 12 removable panels from the ceiling... to start with. what would be more effective absorption wise? a 'cave' (a)? or treated walls (b)? thanks! ![]() |

"b" is better, but I'd space the panels out even more to the back of the room on the sides. you are ignoring the corners though, and that's the most important part. why hang panels from the ceiling? far easier (and less perminent) to make them on movable stands.

thanks, yeah the spacing and corners i know but i was just curious about the cave vs treated walls idea. the back wall would be a problem cause there's a couch and stuff. in general from what distance off a wall do panels get less effective? these are all approx 8" btw. |
