Is this a stupid idea(using Monster Traps)

Hey there. Okay, here is a little question. How much more or less effective would it be taking 5-6 Monster Traps and immediately surrounding my mix spot in a circular pattern and having the ones behind me be about 3-4 ft back from me?

Thanks

The ones immediately around you will provide a deader, as in clearer, sound. The ones 3-4 feet back will have minimal effect.

Regardless, have fun!

I agree with Adare. I have though surrounded a drum kit at one time and it did tighten things up ALOT.
If you plan on doing something out of the norm I would email us with the layout and or call us to go over it. It is kind of hard to give a yes/no without discussing it in a case like this.

Thank you very much Glenn. Yes I suppose I should just contact you directly,it's just that I hate to bother you since I am not sure what I want to do and how soon I will be spending any cash. However, I will say this, I HAVE decided to purchase some of GiK products but I just want to be sure that I do it all as right as I can the first time around b/c I have already mad that mistake with foam.

Thanks again,
