It's always good to get a confirmation on something that you're not 100% sure. Thanks! thumbsup

Can't seem to find if I asked this already, but how thick was the plywood? Is 1/4 " or 1/8" in general the way to go?

I ended up using 4x8 sheets of Oak Plywood from Home Depot. Its 1/4 " or a little thinner. It bends really well and works great. Plus you can stain it and add some depth to the grain. I have used Luan and depending on the batch it will work but I was going to use that and bought the sheets to do it. The wouldn't bend. The first two I built at home in the fall used a different brand of Luan and it worked great. The second batch I bought to do these panels would not bend. I actually broke a panel trying to get it to bend into place. The Oak is more expensive but in the long run it looks better anyway. Just make sure it bends at the store when you put it on its side.

All cavity's are filled with insulation to deaden the cavity and to supposedly broaden the bass absorption cue. It will also keep them from rattling. You will most likely have to screw the Oak panels in to keep them from slipping. Also it wouldn't hurt to put some weather stripping along the edge's to keep them from rattling. Mine don't but they are screwed in very well.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I am happy to help.
